International Affairs

There is no need to face the business challenges alone. As the voice of the Afghanistan business community, ACCI exists to support you and provide you the best possible service to grow and expand your business in the international markets.

The IR department is mainly involved in organizing the International Trade Fairs and Exhibitions, International Business Conferences (B2B, B2G and Business Matchmaking Conferences), organizing trade missions for ACCI members, and prepare the member’s foreign trade necessary documents. The Department links the international chambers with ACCI and international business with local business in order to promote foreign trade, FDI and Joint Ventures.

The IR department optimizes the facilitation of member’s foreign trade activities and potential foreign investors’ activities by providing any information and services needed, by initiating and coordinating promotional activities, and by smoothly and lawfully authorizing any documents needed.

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES TO THE MEMBERS:

1)      Coordinate and facilitate the participation of members to the National and International Exhibitions and business conferences inside and outside the country.

2)      Introduce the members to the embassies in Kabul to facilitate their visas for the individual business trips.

3)      Issue the recommendation letters to members to expand their business in the international markets.

4)      Facilitate the visa and work permit of the member companies’ foreign technical employees and business partners.

5)      Facilitate the visa of the member’s foreign business partners.

6)      Facilitate the approval of the foreign trade documents through the ministry of Foreign Affairs

7)      Channelize the members' disputes through diplomatic channels to resolve the problems

8)      Business inquires of the members and non-members foreign companies

9)      Facilitate the registration process of the Foreign Business Membership Organizations (BMO) and Foreign Chambers in Afghanistan.

10)  Any other International Service based on the members need and demand.

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE SERVICES:

Valid members regularly receive update information about the events (exhibitions, and business conference) through email. Please follow the instruction given to you through emails and contact our colleagues for further information. Please make sure you must have a valid membership card and a valid email address.

Visa facilitation for the foreign  business partners of the member companies
