Dr. Mohammad Jebran Mudasser officially began his tenure as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment following his successful completion of an open competitive recruitment process. He was introduced during a ceremony attended by the leadership and staff of Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce & Investment.
Mr. Sayed Karim Hashemi, Chairman of ACCI, congratulated the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer and expressed appreciation for the services of Zainullah Hassany, Deputy for Finance and Administration and former Acting Chief Executive Officer. He emphasized the importance of honesty, integrity, workplace coordination, adherence to the administrative hierarchy, and compliance with established principles and regulations.
Mr. Mujib-ul-Rahman Shirzad, Deputy for Strategic Affairs at ACCI’s provided information about the selection process, stating that it had been conducted through open competition based on established criteria.
Dr. Mudasser thanked the Chamber’s leadership for its confidence in him and pledged to carry out his responsibilities in accordance with ACCI’s statutes and the country’s applicable laws and regulations, with honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Zalgai Arian Azimi, Deputy for Investment; Mr. Mirajan Sulaimankhel, Deputy for Policy & Government Relations; Mr. Noor Ahmad Noor Alam, Deputy for Economic Development; Mr. Enayatullah Siddiqzi, Deputy for Services; members of the Board of Directors; the Head of the Secretariat; and the deputies and staff of the Executive Board.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer proceeded to his office and formally assumed his responsibilities.
