ACCI Signs Cooperation Agreement with Qingdao International Exhibition Center of China

Mr. Arian Zalgai Azimi, Deputy Chairman for Investment of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment (ACCI), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chairman of the Qingdao International Exhibition Center of China on the sidelines of the Qingdao International Machine Tool Exhibition. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdullah Rahimi, Member of the ACCI Board of Directors, Mr. Faridoon Hashemi, a prominent Afghan businessman, and a number of Afghan traders.
The MoU aims to strengthen trade and economic cooperation between Afghanistan and China by promoting joint exhibitions, business events, and facilitating greater commercial engagement between the business communities of the two countries.
Under the agreement, Chinese traders and manufacturers particularly industrial machinery producers will participate in the 5th Imam Abu Hanifa National and International Exhibition, where they will showcase a wide range of machinery and industrial equipment for promotion and business networking.
The partnership is expected to create new market opportunities for Afghan producers while contributing to the enhancement of product quality, technological exchange, and business services. It will also provide a platform for organizing joint exhibitions and business forums, fostering the exchange of expertise and modern technologies between the two countries.
The Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment expressed its hope that this Memorandum of Understanding will serve as an important step toward strengthening bilateral trade and economic relations between Afghanistan and China, contributing to sustainable economic growth and long-term cooperation for both countries.
