The leadership delegation of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Investment, including Mr. Alhaj Habibullah Omar, Deputy for Social and Cultural Affairs of the Board; Mr. Alhaj Zabihullah Omarkhail, Head of the Secretariat of the Board; and Alhaj Mohammad Wali Amini, Director of the Executive Board, along with a group of national traders, visited Turkey and participated in the International Halal Expo held in Istanbul.
This exhibition, considered one of the largest economic events in the field of halal products and services, provided an excellent opportunity to showcase Afghanistan’s production and export capacities.
During their visit, the Chamber delegation toured different sections of the exhibition and also visited Afghanistan’s national booths, engaging in discussions with exhibitors about their participation and achievements.
Afghanistan’s showcased products included dried fruits, precious and semi-precious stones, and cotton, which were exhibited for four days by Afghan traders and received wide attention from visitors and international guests.
